Biography
Doğukan Raif Tuğcu was born in Famagusta in 2000. He graduated from Eastern Mediterranean University Sports Sciences Department in 2022 as the top student. He continues his master's degree, which he started at the Department of Physical Education and Sports Teaching at Near East University in 2023, at the thesis stage.
He has been working as a Research Assistant at the Near East University Faculty of Sports Sciences within the scope of the ÖYP program since April 2023.
